2 is Terriffic!

We had a little party for Kelsie last night since Levi is working today. Kelsie throughly enjoyed it. She had 4 other 2-year olds over and a few big kids, plus all their parents and her Kory. My living room looks like a bomb went off in it this morning. There are boxes and toys and presents everywhere. She is one lucky and happy little girl!

With some of her "prizes"
Angrily guarding her prizes

Crying from embarassment

Loving this horsey

Waking up to balloons this morning

Kelsie in the Mornings...

Today is Bug's 2nd birthday. She is growing sooo fast and changing so much. She is leaving her babyhood behind and quickly entering childhood. Levi, Kennedie and I are really enjoying getting to know her as she is getting more expressive and interactive with us. She has proven to be a very routine-oriented child. She likes the same things at the same time in the same way everyday.
One of those self-created routines is milk in the morning. She wakes me up screaming from her bed, "Gup Mommy, I scared." I proceed to her bed, scoop her up, she gives me 2 hugs and tells me, "Morning, Mommy" exactly 2 times. The she asks if "Te-tee" (Kennedie) has "school day" and then she asks for milk. When I tell her okay, she squeals with delight and sits in the kitchen while I make it. It is the same everyday, except on the ocassion I get her out of bed and Levi is in charge. Then she has her way of working him for milk. She is so cute and goofy and I never want to forget those little things like having milk in the morning.

Our Halloween

I'm a little late posting this, but we had a nice quiet Halloween. Levi had to work and I took the kids out to Trick-or-Treat. Kennedie was Sharpay from High School Musical. Kelsie has been obsessed with horses, and wanted to be a horsie. Kennedie was this same unicorn when she was the same age. It's a horsie costume that doesn't make her look like a total boy. They came home with boat loads of candy, and Kelsie now thinks when you go to anyone's door you need to say "Trick-or-Treat!"
